Cougar Sports Club of Canada Policy
To register on Cougar Sports Club of Canada(CSCC),
, the registrant acknowledges and agrees to following facts and conditions:
1. The registrant has voluntarily joined the Cougar Sports Club of Canada,
which is an amateur sports club sponsored by the Chinese Professional
Association of Canada.
2. The registrant fully understands that sport games involve some degree
of physical contact, and it is reasonable to assume that the competitive
spirit of participants may result in some rules violations and injuries.
3. The registrant hereby agrees and commits that in playing sport games,
he will not recklessly and/or intentionally disregard the established
soccer rules and will not intentionally disregard the potential injury
to other participants of the game, spectators or any other third party.
4. Should the registrant cause any injury to or otherwise damnify the
interest of other game participant(s) or any other third party, the
registrant shall assume all legal liabilities as provided by relevant
Ontario and federal laws of Canada.
5. Should the registrant be injured or his interest be otherwise damnified
by other game participant(s) or any other third party, the registrant
shall by no means attempt to hold CSCC, Cougar Sports Club of Canada, captains
of relevant soccer teams or any other organizers liable.
