There are a few reasons you may be having trouble. For a successful login, please verify the following:

| Are you a registered member of the Club? |
| Only registered members of the Club are permitted to log in. If you're not a registered member of the Club, go back to the login page and select one of the options that appears at the left of the page. Click the Join Now button. If you are a registered member but have not logged in since June 26, 2001, you have to provide your email address to login. After you successfully logged in, your email address will not be necessary on the second login and thereafter. |
| Did you enter your Login Name and Password correctly? |
| Each member has a personal Login Name and Password. If you are not sure what your login name and password are, ask us and we'll email it to you right away. When you enter your login name and password, make sure that you:

| Is your web browser set to allow cookies? |
| In order to log in, your web browser must be set to allow cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive. uses cookies to verify that you are a valid member of the intranet site. The cookies we use remain on your computer only while you are logged in to , unless you chose the "Remember my login name and password" option. If you select the "Remember my login name and password option" and you're using Internet Explorer 5.x, you need to also allow cookies that are stored on your computer.
